GIS.FCU受邀赴美專題演講與交流參訪
GIS.FCU周天穎主任受美洲華人工程師學會（USA Chinese Institute of Engineers; CIE/USA) 達福分會 (Dallas-Fort Worth Area Chapter; DFW) 之邀請，於8月26日至27日前往德州達拉斯市參與2016年會大會且配合今年年會會議主題Smart City and Smart Life進行專題演講「Spatial Environmental Monitoring Application on Big Data and Cloud Computing」。
