In the morning of 12 November 2021, the GIS research canter, Feng Chia University (GIS.FCU) – Taiwan, in collaboration with the Asian Institute of Technology Thailand (AIT), held the virtual meeting of the MOU signing ceremony. AIT is good academic institution that ranks 15th Globally for SDG#1 No Poverty (2021 Times Higher Education).

GIS Research Center, Feng Chia University, made another great achievement, and SKYEYES GPS Technology Co., Ltd. achieved industry-academia innovation, and won the 7th “National Industrial Innovation Award”.

In order to strengthen the connection between domestically academic experts and industrial specialists from astronautics, the MOST (Ministry of Science and Technology, R.O.C) has held many seminars regarding Taiwan scientific satellites strategy and satellite science workshop periodically. The MOST actively engages in satellite manufacturing and highly value astronautics research and development, as well as talent cultivation. Consequently, “the Third Annual Satellite Science Workshop,” held in Feng Chia University from November 5, 2021 to November 6, 2021, attempts to build better communication for government, industry, university and institute, and furthermore, the workshop encourages all experts, scholars and specialists to make more effort on astronautics research and development.
